A Twi'lek Jedi of the male persuasion, with green skin, was a member of both the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic in the time leading up to the Mandalorian Wars. Working with Republic captain Saul Karath, this Jedi apprehended Valius Ying, who was a bounty hunter. Being sensitive to the Force, this Twi'lek used a lightsaber that was powered by a green crystal.
John Jackson Miller created the Twi'lek Jedi, with Andrea Mutti providing the art, and the character's initial appearance was in the fourth issue of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: War comic book miniseries.
