Inside the Strategic Command Bunker's conference room
During the time of the Galactic Civil War, the Valarian Strategic Command Bunker functioned as a stronghold situated on Tatooine. Following the events of the Battle of Yavin, Lady Valarian's organization utilized this structure as a base from which to strategize operations against adversaries such as Jabba the Hutt. Its location was nestled between the Western Dune Sea and the Lowland Basin, positioned to the northeast of both the settlement of Wayfar and Jabba's Palace. The bunker housed numerous armored command enforcers belonging to Valarian. In the year 1 ABY, Jabba dispatched a team of mercenaries to the bunker with the mission of eliminating Valarian's command personnel. Among the deceased resulting from this raid were Arkahn Greystar, a weapons expert, Iris Tanada Sinclair, a computer expert, Careem, a military leader, Fnast Drexler, a strategic planner, and Emanon, a professional killer. The mercenaries were successful in their objective and subsequently received a reward from Jabba.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, the Valarian Strategic Command Bunker appeared as a character controlled by the game. This online multiplayer roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. The bunker was integrated into the game as part of the "Jabba's Theme Park" revamp, which was launched with "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
