Velocity-7 dart shooter

The Velocity-7, a dart shooter manufactured by Prax Arms in the twilight years of the Galactic Republic, was a notable piece of weaponry. Jango Fett, the famous bounty hunter, had a Velocity-7 weapon built into the right wrist gauntlet of his Mandalorian battle armor; he employed it to eliminate Zam Wesell, thereby preventing Obi-Wan Kenobi from extracting any intelligence from them.

Unlike other dart shooters, the Velocity-7 used compressed air to propel its darts, resulting in a significantly extended range—reaching up to 100 meters, with an ideal range of ten meters. Furthermore, the Velocity-7 was engineered to launch larger projectiles, including Kamino saberdarts, a capability absent in other Prax Arms dart shooters, which were limited to firing microdarts.
