Vise was a male Human. During the Cold War, he held the rank of ensign within the Republic Army. Vise was stationed on the planet of Taris as part of Search and Rescue Squad 204, where he took orders from Sergeant Elara Dorne. When the squad arrived at Fallenspire Stronghold on Taris to save Republic soldiers who had been captured, Elara instructed Vise to care for those who were injured.
