The tribe known as the Voam, helmed by Odeph, consisted of Evocii during a period of heightened conflict between the Hutts and the Evocii on Nal Hutta in 3643 BBY. To foster a peaceful resolution, Odeph and his followers formed an alliance with Suudaa Nem'ro of the Hutt Cartel and endeavored to retrieve metals that the Evocii had pilfered from the Hutts; however, they were unsuccessful in persuading the other tribes to relinquish their stolen goods.
