Voe Atell served as a senator, advocating for the Corporate Alliance's concerns within the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars; she was a female.
When Mina Bonteri addressed the Senate, urging her fellow senators to consider a treaty with the Galactic Senate, Atell was in attendance. Speaking for the Corporate Alliance, Atell voiced her opposition to the proposed treaty, casting her vote in favor of continuing the conflict. Despite her objections, the treaty was approved, but Count Dooku and his allies sabotaged the peace initiative through bombings on Coruscant.
Later, Atell, along with Amita Fonti and Separatist Congress Leader Bec Lawise, was dispatched to Mandalore to represent the Confederacy in peace discussions with the Republic. These talks were disrupted by Lux Bonteri, Mina Bonteri's son, who accused Dooku of orchestrating his mother's assassination. Commando droids then escorted him away. The negotiations proceeded, but the disruption prevented any meaningful progress.
Catherine Taber provided the voice for her, the same actress who voiced Padmé Amidala, another senator, in the Clone Wars series.
