Wallaw Loowobbli
During the era of the Galactic Civil War, there existed an Ithorian male called Wallaw Loowobbli, who dedicated his life to the study of the natural world.
Biography
After the Battle of Yavin occurred in 0 BBY, Loowobbli found himself at the cantina situated in the Trade Outpost on the planet of Dathomir. It was there that he enlisted the help of a spacer to thwart the plans of Shibb Nisshil, an Imperial scientist, who sought to capture bull rancors and transform them into an army of Imperial cyber-rancors. Driven by his concern for the planet's ecosystem, the spacer agreed to assist Loowobbli by eliminating the hunting team and rescuing the rancor before it could be delivered to Nisshil at the Research Outpost. The rancor, rendered as tame as a bolma caf due to a mind-control chip implant, was eventually rescued and returned to Loowobbli. Loowobbli also tasked the spacer with eliminating a Nightsister who had been exiled from her clan. Fueled by her resentment, the Nightsister allied herself with the Empire, aiding Nisshil in leading rancor hunting expeditions. Once again, the spacer achieved success.

Wallaw Loowobbli was featured as a non-player character within Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game. This game was created by Sony Online Entertainment, then distributed by LucasArts, before its shutdown on December 15, 2011.
