Wes Riggers was a Sullustan miner (of the male variety) who made his home on Lok amidst the turmoil of the Galactic Civil War.
Following the Battle of Yavin, Riggers found employment within a mining facility under the control of the Galactic Empire. It was during this period that Riggers, along with fellow miner Raynar Cath, became entangled in the affairs of the Lok Revenants, Lok's most formidable criminal syndicate, thereby incurring the wrath of their warlord leader, Nym.

In the year 1 ABY, while working in the mines, the miners accidentally breached a gas pocket, which resulted in the release of toxic fumes. Although the gas wasn't physically harmful, it caused the miners to become mentally unstable and extremely aggressive. The Lok Revenants eventually became aware of the situation in the mine. Jinkins, Nym's head engineer, decided to acquire a gas sample with the intention of studying it and potentially weaponizing it. Consequently, Jinkins assigned a group of daring spacers from the Lok Revenants the task of obtaining a sample of the toxic gas. As Jinkins planned the operation, Mako Ghast, another of Nym's lieutenants, saw the raid on the mine as an opportunity to eliminate Riggers and Cath. The Lok Revenants then launched an assault on the Imperial mine, successfully retrieving a sealed container filled with the poisonous gas for Jinkins. During this raid, the spacers attacked and fatally wounded both Wes Riggers and Raynar Cath.
Wes Riggers appeared as a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was the product of Sony Online Entertainment, and was published by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Riggers was incorporated into the game as part of the updated "Nym's Theme Park," which was launched with "Game Update 16," on March 23, 2010.
