This page serves as the central hub for user rights applications. In addition to complying with the Voting eligibility policy, a vote must adhere to the following criteria to be considered valid:
A minimum of ten Wookieepedians who meet the eligibility requirements must cast a vote. Self-nominations will not factor into the final vote count. The voting period spans fourteen days (equivalent to 336 hours) from the nomination's commencement. Upon conclusion, if the vote is in favor, the nominee will receive the requested user rights. You have the option to nominate either another Wookieepedian or yourself for rollback rights. (If you are nominating someone else, make absolutely certain they have agreed to be nominated beforehand.)

A current Discussions moderator must make the nominations. Typically, the nominee will have indicated their interest, after which the current moderators will provide guidance on enhancing their skills.

A bureaucrat must make the nominations. Fandom staff approval is necessary since the CheckUser role is granted at Fandom's discretion.
