Wrench was an astromech droid of the R2-series variety. He was the property of Rhys Dallows and was also his most faithful and devoted comrade. The specific serial number assigned to Wrench is not documented.
Serving as Rhys Dallows's most reliable friend, Wrench also functioned as his co-pilot during flights in his N-1 starfighter. After Rhys's starfighter became inoperable due to an encounter with a mercenary vessel, Reti discovered him and Wrench. Reti was in his personal vessel, named the Zoomer, and Wrench subsequently roused Rhys from unconsciousness. It is probable that Wrench continued to act as Rhys's co-pilot in multiple subsequent operations, including the attack on the Droid Control Ship.
