The Wroshyr, a vessel shaped like a saucer, was owned by Chenlambec, the Wookiee bounty hunter, during the era of the Galactic Civil War. He chose its name to honor the Wroshyr trees indigenous to his home planet, Kashyyyk.
In the year 3 ABY, not long after the Battle of Hoth, Chenlambec, together with Tinian I'att, his bounty hunting apprentice, boarded the Executor, Darth Vader's personal flagship. This was part of a complex scheme to capture Bossk, the Trandoshan hunter. Their true aim wasn't to claim the Imperial reward offered for the occupants of the Millennium Falcon; therefore, the Wroshyr and its crew deliberately arrived at the Executor too late to be examined by Vader for the hunt. It remains unclear if Vader's screening team, which had turned away other hunters, had initially approved them.
Chenlambec and I'att entered into an alliance with Bossk, with the secret intention of separating him from Han Solo and Chewbacca. To achieve this, they had to disguise themselves and board Bossk's own ship, the Hound's Tooth, leaving the Wroshyr docked in one of the Executor's hangar bays. Though Imperial docking fees were paid daily, Chenlambec never returned for his ship. After successfully capturing Bossk and collecting the Imperial bounty, the pair seized his ship for their own use.
The Wroshyr was abandoned on the Executor.
