Xandel Carivus's Private Guard, an exclusive bodyguard detail, was formed by Xandel Carivus before his leadership of the Interim Ruling Council. It's believed Nom Anor suggested its creation. Once Carivus ascended to power, he deployed them to eliminate his adversaries within the Council. During the Battle of Ord Cantrell, Kir Kanos brought about the demise of every member of the Guard.
