Xasha, also called "X", was a female bounty hunter. In the year 1 BBY, she resided on Nar Shaddaa alongside Boba Fett. Her distinctive armored suit was a unique blend of Mandalorian and clone trooper armor components. As a sometimes ally of Fett, she accompanied him to Cato Neimoidia after Darth Vader tasked Fett with capturing a renegade clone of the deceased Galen Marek.

Sometime during the rise of the Galactic Empire, Xasha encountered a fellow bounty hunter named Boba Fett. A sporadic professional association developed between the two mercenaries, leading them to collaborate on certain jobs. One year prior to the Battle of Yavin, Xasha shared living quarters with Fett in an apartment located on Nar Shaddaa.
While displaying a modified BlasTech Scorpion-7, a blaster she had spent months repairing, she implied she might sell it to Fett. However, Fett retorted that their near-bankrupt financial situation made any purchases impossible. Although Fett was frustrated by their economic hardship, Xasha maintained a positive outlook, believing their circumstances would soon improve. In a twist of fate, Fett received a communication at that precise moment, which he answered in another room, leaving Xasha in the bedroom.
While indulging in some Korriban wine, Boba Fett re-entered the room and began donning his Mandalorian armor. Xasha made a sarcastic remark about Fett's impending departure, but Fett offered to include her in his new assignment. Despite Fett initially withholding the details of his mission, Xasha accepted and boarded Slave I as the pair journeyed to Cato Neimoidia.

Upon their arrival at Cato Neimoidia, Boba Fett disclosed that their mission involved capturing a powerful Force-sensitive individual known as "Starkiller," though he kept the identity of their employer a secret. Just as Xasha inquired about the extent of Starkiller's power in the Force, the two bounty hunters stared in astonishment at the city of Tarko-se, or rather, its remnants. Assuming that Starkiller was responsible for the city's destruction, Fett and Xasha prepared to examine the ruins of Tarko-se to determine whether their target was dead or alive.
As the two bounty hunters investigated the city, it became clear that they had arrived too late to catch Starkiller. Aside from the vast piles of debris that constituted much of what remained of Tarko-se, the only corpses they encountered were those of dead Imperial stormtroopers, scattered throughout the city. With so many dead troopers present, Xasha became eager to recover certain parts of stormtrooper armor, believing they would fetch a high price on the black market. Fett prevented Xasha from disturbing the fallen stormtroopers, refusing to be sidetracked from his mission. As they continued their search, they eventually came across the remains of a massive creature.

After cautiously approaching what seemed to be the monster's lifeless body, Xasha was overcome with doubt. She was awestruck not only by the creature's size but also by the thought that Starkiller had inflicted so many wounds on it before finally killing it. When Xasha wondered why Starkiller had come to Cato Neimoidia, Fett revealed that their target was searching for a woman, which both surprised and amused Xasha. At that precise moment, however, the Gorog suddenly awakened and began attacking the mercenaries with intense ferocity.
Xasha and Fett barely dodged the crushing blows of its fists and tried to maintain a safe distance from the raging monster. While Xasha continued to evade its attacks, Boba Fett quickly assessed the creature for any weaknesses and discovered that it possessed a secondary heart, enabling it to survive despite losing its first heart to Starkiller. Fett then fired his jetpack's missile at the creature, creating a hole through its torso. In a final, desperate attempt to kill the weakened creature, Fett used his jetpack to propel himself directly through its backup heart, killing the monster.

Exhausted and stunned, Xasha collapsed to the ground and removed her helmet. Now completely convinced that she was outmatched on this particular mission, Xasha decided to cut her losses and leave with her life, which Boba Fett had anticipated. She attempted to convince Fett to abandon the job and leave with her, but Fett refused. Despite his refusal, Xasha expressed her affection for their relationship and her hope that the mission would not cost Fett his life. As Xasha departed, Boba Fett watched her go until she was out of sight.
Boba Fett later participated in the Assault on Kamino where he assisted the Imperial forces in defending his homeworld of Kamino, particularly the Timira City Cloning Facility. As the battle escalated with Rebel forces storming the city, Boba Fett encountered a cloning technician and demanded that he remain in the facility to protect his father's legacies.
When the technician revealed that the clones were actually created from Boba Fett rather than his "father," Jango Fett, Boba demanded to know how this was done without his knowledge. Unaware of Fett's relationship with Xasha, the technician explained that Darth Vader hired a female bounty hunter to secretly collect genetic samples from Boba Fett, as well as an imprint of Fett's brain patterns for the memory flashes used to train the clones. Fett was speechless when he discovered Xasha's duplicity and killed the cloning technician. He then proceeded to burn all of his clones while they were still being developed inside of their cloning tanks.

Xasha's skill as a bounty hunter was sufficient for her to form a partnership with Boba Fett, to the point where he shared his assignments with her. She had a sarcastic sense of humor, especially in her flirtatious interactions with Fett. She also maintained a positive attitude about their overall situation, even during times of financial hardship. Like any bounty hunter, Xasha was always focused on acquiring wealth. In addition to earning credits through her mercenary work, Xasha was also willing to profit by selling items on the black market.
As demonstrated by her customized armor, and her desire for hard-to-find items, Xasha was interested in outdated materials and equipment that could not be legally sold in the economic market. This is shown by the fact that her armor was made up of parts from Mandalorian and clone trooper armor, both of which had become incredibly rare by 1 BBY. She was also willing to sell stormtrooper armor through illegal channels if it meant making a good profit, despite the fact that Imperial law prohibited the use of Stormtrooper equipment outside of the Imperial Military.
Due to her partnership with Boba Fett, Xasha also developed a personal connection with him. Although her personality was somewhat at odds with Fett's serious attitude, Xasha apparently had feelings for the clone bounty hunter. She also knew when to abandon a mission if the target was far superior to her. Rather than face death, Xasha chose to live, instead of risking her life for money or to fulfill a contract. She also showed genuine concern for Boba Fett's safety, particularly when she feared that his mission to track down Starkiller could lead to his death.
Xasha's suit was similar to Boba Fett's armor, but it was much more customized. Her armor was made of various pieces from at least two different sets of armor. While most of her suit appeared to be a modified version of Mandalorian armor, Xasha wore a clone trooper helmet. All of her armor was further customized by a color scheme that made the suit more distinguishable for the different sets of armor that composed it. In addition to her armor, Xasha's weapons included a blaster rifle and a modified BlasTech Scorpion-7.
In the initial depictions of Xasha in the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II comic, she is shown wearing a Phase I clone trooper helmet. However, in later panels of the comic, this helmet appears to be a Phase II helmet.
