Xharnoh plant

Xharnoh plant Axharnoh plant

The xharnoh plant existed as a type of flora indigenous to the world of Naboo. These plants thrived along the banks of the various bodies of water, such as rivers and lakes, found on Naboo. The roots of these plants were harvested and processed into substances that enhanced neural function. In the year 1 ABY, Lieutenant Karenna Dunnels from the Royal Naboo Security Forces engaged the services of a spacer to procure a quantity of xharnoh roots. The intention was to manufacture neural boosters for use by the security force, in preparation for the raid on the Mummer bunker.

Production Notes

The xharnoh plant made its debut within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before the game's servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. The addition of xharnoh plants to the game occurred during the "Legacy Quest" update, coinciding with the release of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," launched on November 15, 2005. The visual representation of xharnoh plants in the game was the same as that of the raventhorn plants that grew on Yavin 4.
