The operation known as the Mummers' bunker raid was assigned to operatives within the Royal Naboo Security Forces amidst the Galactic Civil War.
Although previously recognized as a tranquil sanctuary before Palpatine's reign, Naboo became overrun with illicit gangs and syndicates during the era of the Galactic Empire. During the Galactic Civil War, the Mummers held a significant presence on the planet. Sergeant Bragg from the RSF Intelligence Division discovered that, beyond their typical bootlegging activities, the Mummers were implicated in a terrorist attack within Theed, the capital city. Harriet Brunser, an officer of the RSF, devised a straightforward strategy to address this issue: specifically, to assault the Mummers' headquarters situated outside Theed. However, the Mummers were notorious for their frequent use of toxins in combat. Consequently, Lieutenant Dunnels, a science officer within the RSF, was tasked with creating neural boosters to provide protection against the Mummers' toxins during the assault.
Brunser deployed an undisclosed number of RSF soldiers to attack the bunker in a mission that was split into three distinct phases. The initial phase's goal was to diminish the Mummers' ranks by taking out some of their most dangerous members. From her command center located in the Theed Hangar, Brunser instructed the RSF operatives to specifically target Mummer Salvers, Toxers, and Banes for elimination, as she deemed them crucial to the Mummers' terroristic activities.
After eliminating a significant portion of the Mummers, Brunser directed the RSF operatives to find and neutralize nine hazardous biochemical bombs, which were dispersed throughout the Mummer base. These bombs were intended to be an essential component of the Mummers' terror plot. Subsequently, the RSF operatives were ordered by Brunser to locate and eliminate the local Mummer leaders, namely Crimsol Vaighn, the Chief Scientist, and Jaye Hawkson, the Commander. The RSF operatives successfully assassinated both leaders and then fled the facility.
The raid severely weakened the Mummers, preventing them from carrying out their intended terroristic actions. The RSF operatives were highly recommended and were sent on numerous additional missions against the Mummers and other criminal elements that were plaguing the lives of Naboo's peaceful inhabitants.
