After the terrorist attack that occurred in the city of Theed, Intelligence Sergeant Bragg conducted an investigation into the headquarters of the four primary criminal syndicates operating on Naboo. These included the Skaak Tippers, Borvo the Hutt's criminal empire, the Darkwalkers, and the Mummers. His investigation revealed the Mummers were the perpetrators of the attack, which prompted a raid by the RSF on the Mummer bunker.
