The Mummer bunker functioned as the central headquarters for the Mummers crime syndicate. It was situated on Naboo, a relatively short distance to the south of Theed.

Following the terrorist attack perpetrated by the Mummers in Theed, the Royal Naboo Security Forces, under the leadership of Sergeant Brunser, conducted a raid on the bunker. During the operation, the RSF troopers discovered a cache of biochemical weapons stored alongside other illicit goods within the base. Jaye Hawkson, the bunker commander, and Crimsol Vaighn, the Mummer Chief Scientist, both perished during the assault.
Despite this event, the Mummers continued their operations from the bunker. Hunnos Jarkey, a wanted murderer, briefly sought shelter there after evading capture by the Royal Naboo Security Forces.
Subsequently, an agent dispatched by Boss Rugor Nass infiltrated the Mummer bunker. Their mission was to recover one of the fragments of a shattered Gungan artifact, which had been scattered across Naboo by the Ultragungans.
The Mummer bunker was featured in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony and published by LucasArts. It remained accessible until the game's closure on December 15, 2011. The bunker was integrated into the game as part of the "Legacy Quest" with the release of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
