Yammal-jells were organisms that the Yuuzhan Vong formerly employed as a type of biot. Following the conclusion of the Yuuzhan Vong War, these yammal-jells made their home in Liberation Lake located on Coruscant, frequently acting as food for the Hawk-bats.
