During the Zaarin insurrection, the splinter government fleet of the renegade Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin included a group called Z-Sigma group. This group consisted of Delta-class DX-9 stormtrooper transports. The group participated in the First Battle of Omar, engaging in combat with the forces of the Galactic Empire.
