Zegundis, a Dressellian technician of the female persuasion, was employed at Paolo's Chop Shop situated on Nar Shaddaa. After Paolo's death during Zegundis's youngling years, she ultimately assumed control of the shop, and Ishtah, a Kaleesh, became one of her employees.
During 19 BBY, Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Jedi Master, made a sale of the Belbullab-22 starfighter known as the Soulless One to Zegundis. This transaction occurred as Kenobi journeyed to deliver the baby Luke Skywalker to the Lars family residing on Tatooine. Subsequently, Kenobi employed the Force to wipe the memory of their encounter from Zegundis's mind.
