Zusi hypertunnel
The Zusi hypertunnel represented a designated hyperspace route. In the year 3 ABY, the Trandoshan bounty hunter known as Bossk engaged in a high-speed pursuit of the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca through the hypertunnel's plasma currents. Despite coming close to apprehending them, Bossk's efforts were thwarted when the primary generator of his YV-666 light freighter, named Hound's Tooth, was destroyed, allowing his targets to flee.
Behind the scenes
The short story entitled "Tooth and Claw," penned by Michael Kogge and featured in the From a Certain Point of View: The Empire Strikes Back collection released in 2020, included a reference to the Zusi hypertunnel.
