427 was the name given to a trio of CR90 corvettes that operated as part of the Imperial Navy throughout the Galactic Civil War. These corvettes were a component of the task force commanded by the Imperial-class Star Destroyer known as Invincible, during the Operation Strike Fear campaign, and provided assistance to the EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate named Warspite. As they gathered in the region of the Dellalt system, a Rebel scouting mission, piloted by Keyan Farlander flying a single R-22 Spearhead, spotted them transporting military hardware.
