The 9th Assault Corps functioned as a corps in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, reporting to Clone Commander Gree. The 41st Elite Legion, sometimes called the 41st Elite Corps, was a component of the 9th Assault Corps. Because of her calm nature and skill in negotiations, Jedi General Luminara Unduli frequently commanded the 41st Elite Corps of the 9th Assault Corps. Commander Gree and General Unduli journeyed extensively to far-off worlds, assisting threatened species on numerous planets battling against invading Separatist Alliance armies.
