This New Republic base was located on the planet Altyr V. During the Galactic Civil War, it came under attack by two artificial Imperial asteroids. Thanks to the efforts of the Jedi Knight Kyle Katarn, the base commander managed to evacuate all personnel before the main Imperial force emerged from hyperspace.
