The mad genetic terrorist and master cloner Zeta Magnus installed a cybernetic control band around the head of his Thyrsian clone warriors to maintain his complete control over them. He also planned to install a more concealed variant of this technology in the clones of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Halagad Ventor.
