Doton Het was a Twi'lek of male gender who, through a game of pazaak, acquired Ramana from Harra. Harra pleaded for Ramana's return, only to discover that Doton Het demanded 2,000 credits as payment. Ultimately, Harra dispatched Meetra Surik with the objective of liberating Ramana. Het, regretting the potential loss of Ramana's dancing, challenged Surik to a personal confrontation. Upon his defeat, Ramana gained her freedom to depart with Surik.
Without the knowledge of Surik or The Exchange, Doton Het engaged in the clandestine sale of prohibited goods to patrons, a practice concealed from the Exchange. Harra, however, possessed full awareness of these dealings, hoping that exposure to the Exchange might lead to Ramana's recovery.

Here are some methods for obtaining Ramana from Doton Het:
- One direct method involves buying her for 2,000 credits. (A high enough Persuade skill lets the player negotiate a reduced price of 1,500 credits).
- Pazaak provides another avenue; the player can propose a wager of 1,000 credits against Doton Het's stake of Ramana. Victory in pazaak grants Ramana to the player without any credit expenditure.
- A Dark Side alternative involves informing Harra of the inability to persuade Doton Het, threatening to expose Doton's activities to the Exile, and utilizing Luxa (prior to her agreement to assassinate Loppak Slusk ) to 'convince' Doton Het to relinquish Ramana. Although Ramana's fate remains light-sided, the player incurs Dark Side points due to the needless violence involved.
