Luxa

Luxa, a Zeltron female, held a position within the Bumani Exchange Corporation while stationed on Citadel Station above Telos IV. As a high-ranking operative, she reported directly to Loppak Slusk, who oversaw the Exchange's operations within the Telos system. When Meetra Surik's vessel, the Ebon Hawk, went missing, Luxa proposed an alliance, offering assistance in exchange for Surik's help in deposing Slusk. Ultimately, however, she double-crossed Surik and met her end, being killed by the Jedi.

Biography

Stationed aboard Citadel Station orbiting Telos IV was Luxa, a female Zeltron and a high-ranking member of the Bumani Exchange Corporation, a subsidiary of the criminal syndicate known as the Exchange. She directly answered to Loppak Slusk, a Quarren crime boss who served as the chief of operations, with his office located inside the Entertainment Module 081 Cantina. Benok, a Human male, was Slusk's head of security, and Luxa's rival.

In the year 3951 BBY, Meetra Surik, an exiled former Jedi, arrived at Citadel Station accompanied by Atton Rand and Kreia, becoming entangled in various conflicts among the station's inhabitants. Surik ventured into the cantina, where she was introduced to both Luxa and Benok. Later, after the group discovered the disappearance of the Ebon Hawk while retrieving their belongings from the Telos Security Force's station, Luxa extended an offer to introduce Surik and her companions to Slusk. Luxa expressed finding Surik "quite attractive," but stipulated that her assistance would only be provided if Surik eliminated her superior, enabling her to seize his position. In return, Luxa pledged to aid Surik in locating the Ebon Hawk. However, this alliance proved to be short-lived, as Luxa betrayed Surik in an attempt to capitalize on Goto's bounty for living Jedi, resulting in her death during the subsequent battle.

Personality and traits

Luxa, a Zeltron, possessed pink skin and sported short red hair. During her interactions with Meetra Surik, she exhibited composure, confidence, and flirtatiousness, speaking with a calm and relaxed demeanor. She also demonstrated deception and manipulation in her efforts to persuade Surik to "remove" her boss from power in exchange for assistance in locating the missing Ebon Hawk ship, only to betray Surik at the last moment in an attempt to claim a bounty.

Behind the scenes

Luxa made an appearance in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, where the player assumes the role of Meetra Surik. If the player sides with Jana Lorso, Luxa will demand a show of good faith by having Surik conduct an arms deal in her place. Surik is then compelled to kill the buyers when the deal turns sour.

During the confrontation involving Slusk, Luxa, and their respective bodyguards, Slusk presents a counter-offer to the player, stating that "all is forgiven" if Surik eliminates Luxa; subsequently, four options become available. The player can accept Slusk's terms and then attack Luxa and her Gamorrean bodyguards, or advocate for a peaceful resolution to the conflict, only to be attacked by Luxa. Surik can also eliminate Slusk as Luxa desires, only to be betrayed by Luxa. Alternatively, the player can choose to be hostile towards both factions and confront them simultaneously.

Regardless of the player character's gender, Luxa will flirt with them; Surik is canonically female.
