Inquisitorium hunters were soldiers of the Inquisitorius branch of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War.
Inquisitorium hunters were non-Force user Jedi hunters serving the Imperial Inquisition, an organization of Dark Side Adepts tasked with hunting down Jedi and other Force-sensitives.
These soldiers were equipped with black and red padded armors and monocle goggles; they were armed with blaster weapons and vibroswords. They used tactics such as attack pattern Ignimus. Inquisitorium hunters sometimes worked alongside Inquisitorium dark troopers.
A group of Inquisitorium hunters and Inquisitorium dark troopers were deployed on the planet Mustafar after the Battle of Yavin to hunt and kill the Dark Jedi Xos. However, Xos was killed by a spacer briefly before the Inquisitorius forces localized the Dark Jedi in the Southern Jedi Ruins.
Inquisitorium hunters were non-player characters in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. Inquisitorium hunters were added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Trials of Obi-Wan on November 1, 2005.
