Gutretee, alternatively called Isis, existed as a planet within the Anoat sector. This world was notable for its unique crystals that possessed the ability to interfere with sensors and communications. The indigenous inhabitants of Gutretee organized themselves into tribal groups, displaying animosity towards those from other planets. Neskroff was one known city located on the planet. In the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire, Gutretee was designated as a safe world by the Alliance to Restore the Republic. It was featured on a map of the galaxy which showed various Alliance safe havens, starfighter support locations, regional command centers, and covert planets. This map was documented in The Rebel Files.
During the time of the Galactic Civil War, the Alliance to Restore the Republic maintained a presence on Gutretee. However, by the time of the Iron Blockade, the Alliance had relinquished its holdings there, which resulted in many native tribes relocating to those areas. At some point during the blockade, a reconnaissance probe met its end on the planet, but a young smuggler's crew found the wreckage. This smuggler later aided the Alliance to Restore the Republic by covertly eliminating Imperial satellites that had been positioned in Gutretee's orbit.
