The moon of N'zoth, Pa'aal was controlled by the Duskhan League. When the Galactic Empire established a base on the moon, housing the Black Sword Command, the Yevethans attacked the base and established a prisoner-of-war and slave labor camp to hold the Imperial prisoners. During his time supervising the camp, Tal Fraan studied the Humans and their culture.
