The retaking of the Blackguard was a mission undertaken by a group of spacers during the Galactic Civil War, sometime after the Battle of Yavin, to retake the Imperial Star Destroyer known as the Blackguard from the traitorous Imperial Captain and self-proclaimed Grand Admiral Andal Sait.
The retaking of the Blackguard appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The retaking of the Blackguard was featured in the game as the "Star Destroyer" Heroic Encounter. It was introduced to the game in the "Chapter 8" update, released on November 1, 2007.
