The Voss were said to be great lovers of art who had developed a distinct style that had been in existence for thousands of years circa 3653 BBY. The architecture of the Tower of Prophecy, and Voss-Ka as a whole, followed this distinctive style.
Within the building were the Voss leaders, as well as the Voss Mystics and their interpreters. The Tower of Prophecy was the heart of the government and culture of Voss, to which those seeking wisdom would travel in hope of finding answers from the Voss Mystics. Rising above the main halls of the Tower of Prophecy were two tall meditation chambers, reserved only for the Mystics. To the east of the building stood the library, generally occupied by interpreters attempting to unravel the visions of the Mystics.
The Tower of Prophecy was first mentioned on the Star Wars: The Old Republic media website with the announcement of the planet Voss.
