An RA-7 protocol droid served the Galactic Empire's Inspectorate at the Imperial Inspectorate HQ on Coruscant, controlling access to the organization's databanks. After being promoted to Lieutenant-Inspector in the Inspectorate, Magna Tolvan visited the Inspectorate headquarters, where she requested that the RA-7 protocol droid display files on the rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Aphra. The protocol droid informed her that the file's contents had been deleted by authorization of Directive 081-Omega.
