A security officer, a male of the Human species, was stationed on the planet of Roon. In the year 15 BBY, his attention was diverted by Mungo Baobab, another Human, and his offered mupple pie. This lapse in focus resulted in the [prisoners](/article/prisoner/legends] he was supposed to be watching escaping from the Fortress of Tawntoom.
Employed by Governor Bisad Koong of Roon, this male Human served as a security guard. His duty in 15 BBY was to safeguard Koong's Fortress of Tawntoom on Roon. During this time, [Mungo Baobab](/article/mungo_baobab], accompanied by his droids, specifically R2-D2 and C-3PO, attempted a covert entry to liberate their comrades. The infiltrators, disguised as merchants, were questioned by the guard regarding their purpose. Baobab attempted to create a distraction using mupple pies he had acquired illicitly. He succeeded when he offered the pies freely. The guard, along with a fellow Human guard, indulged in the pies, which they ate with relish, enabling C-3PO to discreetly usher in R2-D2.
However, the distraction was short-lived. Upon finishing their mupple pie, the guards immediately demanded more. It was during this moment that R2-D2 facilitated the escape of his targets, Auren and Nilz Yomm. C-3PO then directed the guards' attention towards the fleeing [prisoners](/article/prisoner-legends], prompting them to give chase. Baobab then took action, physically subduing the guards.
This guard character made his debut in "The Frozen Citadel," the concluding episode of the Star Wars: Droids animated series. This episode was originally broadcast on November 30, 1985.
