An outpost belonging to the Rebel Alliance was founded on Aeos Prime amidst the conflict between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance known as the Galactic Civil War. Many years later, as the First Order-Resistance War raged, the First Order annihilated this deserted base to ensure it couldn't be utilized by the Resistance.
