Albathius, who was also referred to as The Shining Man, was a male Human agent working for the Star Cabal. Around the year 3645 BBY, he made his way to Voss, where he managed to wield considerable power among the Voss Mystics. He successfully persuaded the native Voss people to maintain a neutral stance in the conflict raging between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire for a period of three thousand days. This timeframe provided the Star Cabal with the opportunity to impose their own will on the war's trajectory and prevent the Voss from aligning with either faction. Albathius assured them that eventually, the Gormak, along with both the Empire and the Republic, would be completely eliminated, ensuring that no outsiders would ever set foot on Voss again. Following his death, he was laid to rest beneath the city of Voss-Ka.
