Amin Galingal

Amin Galingal was a philosopher of the Cerean male variety. He dwelled on the planet of Cularin during the final years of the Galactic Republic. Around 48 BBY, Galingal took up residence at the Blue Star Centre, a philosophical sanctuary situated in the city of Gadrin. Ultimately, he rose to the position of director, also known as lector. His prolific writings included books, essays, and poems, which gained considerable traction and fame among the Tarasin, a sentient species indigenous to Cularin.

Approximately in 31 BBY, individuals belonging to a criminal syndicate called the Intarsa League infiltrated the Blue Star Centre and held Galingal and the other residents captive. Galingal experienced intense distress and fear, which led the Cerean Gars Croft to assume a leadership position among the individuals being held. Ultimately, Galingal and the other hostages were freed by a team of freelance agents. Following the rescue, Galingal expressed his gratitude to the agents and gifted each of them a blue sash, which was the emblem representing the Blue Star Centre.
