The planet Anaxes was the location of a canyon known as the Anaxes canyon. In the Battle of Anaxes, a Republic gunship suffered a crash within the canyon after being downed by Separatist DSD1 dwarf spider droids. Despite Clone Commander CC-2224's injuries sustained from the crash, Clone Force 99 engaged the Separatist forces utilizing Plan 82, which enabled the Republic forces to proceed with their objective of infiltrating the Cyber Center.
