Andra, a Human captain of the Freeworlds Common Navy, was a male who held command of a cruiser throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War. This career military officer, a man of about fifty years with a dignified and distinguished appearance, was a graduate of the Neona Military Academy. Reportedly, he possessed a low tolerance for both the foolish and the arrogant. Andra's family boasted a very old ancestry, having formerly been part of a noble house that had dissolved a long time ago, back when the Freeworlds separated themselves from the Expanse. Outside of his duties patrolling the Shapani Bypass, Captain Andra could be located at various social gatherings across the freeworlds, and sometimes even on Procopia.
