Angel served as a pirate, a male human, on the freighter called the Dromedar. In the time of the Galactic Empire's reign, Angel, along with fellow pirates led by Nevil Cygni, tricked Thrawn, Eli Vanto, and the rest of the Blood Crow's company into coming aboard the Dromedar. Consequently, the pirates were able to seize the boarding party as prisoners.
