The Anoat pox was a disease that manifested with symptoms including, but not limited to, colored blemishes on the skin of those infected. Before the events of 5 ABY, the Blarina named Daxxus, who had berry residue on their face, detailed the symptoms they claimed to be suffering from due to Anoat pox. This was a ploy to circumvent an inspection of their cargo by Imperials. Subsequently, the Blarina recounted to the Smuggler, the head of the Uprising for whom the Blarina was now employed, the method they used to evade the inspection.
Prior to its termination in 2016, the Anoat pox was referenced within Star Wars: Uprising, a mobile game developed by Kabam in 2015. This disease was brought up during dialogue with Daxxus, a character obtainable by players within the game.
