Arek Emjon

title: Arek Emjon

Living in the settlement of Reestkii many decades following the Battle of Yavin, Arek Emjon was a Bith male. When Zygerrian slavers seized control of the settlement, Emjon, along with all the other residents, were taken and held captive inside the town hall. While they were waiting inside the hall, Bobbajo, the Nu-Cosian crittermonger, began to tell a story to the children about his and his pets' involvement in the destruction of the original Death Star. Partway through the story, a loud crash outside the hall captured the attention of many inside, and Emjon began to whisper anxiously with fellow villagers P'nll Vun and Thaddeeus Marien. Bobbajo then resumed his story in an attempt to calm everyone, but it was soon interrupted again by a series of explosions. Frightened, Emjon exclaimed that the entire building was about to collapse. Again, Bobbajo continued his story to maintain calm, and when the Chevin Jol Bengim interrupted to challenge the storyteller's claims, the Bith told him to be quiet, expressing his desire to hear the rest of what he considered a good story. After Bobbajo concluded his tale, the storyteller opened the doors of the town hall, revealing that all the Zygerrians had been incapacitated by some unknown means. Bobbajo then gathered his pets, who had been running loose in the town, and departed, leaving the townsfolk to claim the slavers' riches for themselves. Like all Bith, Emjon possessed large eyes and was hairless.
