Arian Laabann, a male Human from the noble Eiattuan families, served as the head of the Priamsta throughout the Galactic Civil War. He gave his allegiance to the authority of Moff Leonia Tavira.
Because he was afraid of the reforms that Plourr Ilo was trying to bring about on Eiattu 6, Laabann tried to abduct her in an attempt to preserve the Priamsta's authority. However, his scheme was unsuccessful, and Plourr, who had the backing of the ordinary people, managed to put an end to the Priamsta's control and get rid of the impostor who was falsely claiming to be her sibling, Harrandatha Estillo.
Later, Laabann received a pardon and stayed at the royal court, leading what Plourr jokingly referred to as the "loyal opposition." However, some months later, he turned against Princess Leia Organa, who was actually Winter in disguise, and handed her over to Moff Tavira. He admitted to his crime when questioned by Baron Soontir Fel, and what happened to him afterwards is not known.
