Armatan was a Mandalorian male of human descent. He held the position of Minister of Interior within the Mandalorian Government Council of the New Mandalorians throughout the Clone Wars. His service encompassed the period of the black market conspiracy orchestrated by Prime Minister Almec, and he remained in his role during the takeover of Mandalore by Death Watch and the subsequent ousting of Duchess Satine from her position of authority.
Armatan's initial appearance was in the "Corruption" episode; however, he was only referred to as the Minister of Interior at that time. His identification as Armatan was later provided in the credits of the "Shades of Reason" episode. Corey Burton provides his voice.
