A Hutt named Bakuush possessed a palace situated on the planet of Nal Hutta. Bakuush established the industrial settlement of Jiguuna upon Nal Hutta, and this city flourished, functioning as a central operational point for the neighboring mines and factories. Upon reaching the age of one hundred years, Bakuush was celebrated with a centennial feast held within the Hutt's palace. Orpali dragons were included in the feast's offerings, however, some young dragons managed to break free into the palace's drainage systems, and as time went on, these young dragons transformed into the creatures recognized as chemilizards through their adaptation to the poisonous swamps of Nal Hutta. During Bakuush's reign, Jiguuna was a prosperous and significant town, but following Bakuush's death in a machinery-related incident two centuries prior to the Cold War fought between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the town descended into chaos marked by gang conflicts and lawlessness.
In Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing video game created by BioWare and launched in 2011, Bakuush received mentions within the Codex entries associated with both chemilizards and Jiguuna.
