Battle on the Hydian Way

In the year 3661 BBY, amidst the backdrop of the Great Galactic War, a battle unfolded along the Hydian Way. This conflict saw the Mandalorian warrior clans engaged in combat against a combined force consisting of a smuggling contingent and the Galactic Republic. Under the leadership of the Mirialan Hylo Visz, the smugglers initiated an assault on the Mandalorian's Blockade of the Hydian Way. Despite facing near annihilation, the smugglers ultimately achieved victory when reinforcements from the Republic Navy arrived, prompted by intelligence received by the SIS. This triumph brought an end to rioting on Coruscant, but it also inadvertently set the stage for the Sith Sacking of Coruscant a few years afterward.
