The Blenjeel system, situated within the Dufilvian sector of the galaxy's Mid Rim, was a star system. Notably, it housed the planet Blenjeel, the original homeworld of the sand burrowers.
Originally, the Blenjeel system was conceived for inclusion in Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. This Star Wars Legends title, a first- and third-person shooter game, was developed by Raven Software and made available on September 16, 2003. Its presence was initially documented in The Essential Atlas, a reference work authored by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace and published on August 18, 2009, which specified its location as grid square Q-15.
