Blistmok
Blistmoks were predatory reptiles that inhabited the volcanic world of Mustafar. Known for their relentless nature, they would pursue their targets in groups, chasing them for extended periods before finally striking.
Behind the scenes
Within current Star Wars canon, blistmoks received a mention in the "Guide to the Galaxy" section's "Wildlife of Mustafar" article. This article appeared in issue thirty-three of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, which became available circa August 19, 2015.
The Blistmok species initially appeared within the Star Wars Legends timeline. Their debut was in "Galactic Biological Survey Project – Mustafar," an article featured on the website for the massively multiplayer online role-playing games Star Wars Galaxies on September 14, 2005. This article served as pre-release content for the game's Trials of Obi-Wan expansion. These creatures then made their initial appearance in the expansion itself upon its release on November 1, 2005.
