During the time of the New Republic Era, Kryze Castle, located on the planet Kalevala, was bombed by a squadron of TIE bombers. Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze came across this fleet while they were on their way back from a mission to Mandalore, at which point they were attacked by TIE interceptors. While they successfully defended themselves from the initial assault, taking down numerous interceptors, they could not stop a squadron of three TIE/sa bombers from obliterating Kryze Castle. Before she and Djarin had to pull back due to the arrival of more interceptors supporting the bombers, Kryze managed to destroy one of the bombers.
The aerial battle that took place above Kalevala was initially previewed in the trailer for The Mandalorian Season Three on January 16, 2023.
