Borao was a planet situated in the Inner Rim, specifically between Coruscant and Ramodi. This world became covered with yorik coral formations, including spires and forests, as a result of Vongforming by the Yuuzhan Vong, who later abandoned it. Following the destruction of Ithor, the Galactic Alliance selected Borao, alongside Felucia, as a new homeworld for the Ithorians.
